FieldQuick (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides a subscription-based, multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables companies to manage field operations, job assignments, technicians, and customer interactions.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of all company and personal data processed through our platform.

2. Multi-Tenant Architecture & Data Separation

FieldQuick operates as a multi-tenant SaaS platform:

• Multiple companies use the same application infrastructure.
• Each company’s data is logically isolated.
• One company cannot access another company’s data.
• Strict role-based access control is enforced.

Each subscribing company acts as the Data Controller of its business data. FieldQuick acts as a Data Processor on behalf of the subscribing company.

A. Account & Business Information

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company name
• Employee and customer information
• Job and service records

4. Device Permissions & Sensitive Data

Camera Permission

Used to capture photos and attach job site images to work orders. Photos are only captured when the user actively takes a picture inside the app.

Microphone (Audio Recording) Permission

Used to record voice notes and attach audio comments to jobs. Audio recording occurs only when the user intentionally records audio within the app. We do not record audio in the background.

Location Permission

Used to identify technician location, calculate the distance between technician and customer, improve job assignment accuracy, and track service delivery efficiency.

Location access may be required while the technician is actively working. We do not sell or use location data for advertising.

5. How We Use Data

• Provide job management functionality
• Enable technician–customer distance calculation
• Maintain secure company-specific workspaces
• Manage subscriptions and billing

• Ensure system security

6. Data Storage & Retention

Job photos and audio files are stored securely. Location data is used strictly for operational purposes. Data is retained for the duration of the company’s active subscription and may be deleted after subscription termination.

9. Subscription Model

FieldQuick operates on a paid subscription basis. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in suspension of access and eventual deletion of company data after notice.

Depending on applicable laws, users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us.

11. Children’s Privacy

FieldQuick is intended for business use and is not designed for individuals under 18 years of age.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted within the application or on our website. Continued use of FieldQuick after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
